Our grazing tables are a great talking point and certainly an impressive set up in classic Italian style –
it is a casual dining option where guests can help themselves and it really invites them to move around and mingle.

We can work with you to cater the package to suit your requirements, styling and theme.
We really know our meats and cheese but you are more than welcome to visit our
Drummoyne Store by appointment, to do a tasting with our Deli Manager.

Our $1500 base package caters to 50 people which includes all grazing goods, delivery to your venue,
stylist to set up on site and driver to return and collect following working day.

Any additional guests are charged at $20 per person

Grazing goods included in the package:

– Charcuterie Selection: Prosciutto, Capocollo, Bresaola, Sopressa and Salume

– Cheese Selection: Brie, Maffra Cheddar, Chevrette, Truffle Pecorino and a blue cheese.

– Antipasto selections including artichokes mushrooms cornichons, pesto, caprese,
wood fired bread and both fresh and dried fruit accompaniments, nuts and quince paste, marinated olives, GF crackers

– White 6’ biocane plates, wooden forks and napkins

– Props and florals

– Delivery, set up and collection

Please note any items not available on event date will be replaced with a similar item.

In regards to set up, a staff member would arrive approximately 2 hrs before  your event commences to set up on a table(s) provided by you/your venue and exit before your event starts leaving everything set up.

In regards to pack down, our driver will return following working day to collect the platters/bowls/boards etc left behind which all remain property of Salt Meats Cheese and which we leave in your care – any loss of boards or props will incur a fee.

We require full payment 2 weeks prior to event
