This concise hands on 2 hour class will teach you how to make pasta from scratch using only flour and eggs.
Working alongside your class companions you will learn the timeless techniques, tips and tricks to kneading perfect dough, rolling it out using a pasta machine to create silky smooth Tagliatelle.
Sara our teacher will also guide you in making her Nonna’s secret recipe for the perfect Italian style meatballs …shhh don’t tell Nonna…
Class will conclude with a family style sit down meal of the homemade Tagliatelle  and Meatballs  you have created and a glass of our finest Tuscan Chianti.
Ticket includes: Hands on lesson, pasta meal, glass of wine and recipe card
