Forget that plastic wrapped stuff you buy at the supermarket, learn how to make your own tasty Mozzarella, while sipping on Italian Proseco.

Our step by step instruction will talk you through the theory and also demonstrate the process with SMC Antipasto to share and then its a hands on affair – roll up your sleeves and try your hand at stretching curd into delicious balls of mozzarella to take home.

You will soon discover that real love comes in many forms, be it shredded, sliced or melted…

Each Ticket includes : Hands on lesson, cheese to take home, recipe card, Proseco and  Meats and Cheese share plate to start.
