You will learn everything there is to know about making sausages across this 3 hour class – including mincing, filling, twisting, hanging ,drying and of course…eating!!!
This is a hands-on class with our teacher who will guide you through the sausage making process from start to finish.
No previous experience required – ideal for beginners.
Our Teacher will demonstrate all the techniques and then in pairs you will try your hand at creating your own.
Ticket includes:– Lesson – Demonstration on sausage making techniques plus sausage take home pack– Hands on opportunity to create your own sausages– Glass of wine or a beer and a sausage sizzle with salad and wood fired bread to finish !
