There’s something about Italian bread that is completely irresistible….we all love and knead it right !!!
In this 2 hour class we will have you baking your own mouthwatering focaccia and piadina (an amazing flat bread using our Mum’s recipe) , plus you’ll learn how to make grissini bread sticks that are guaranteed to impress at your next dinner party.
This is hands on mixing, kneading and shaping and to think it starts with a few handfuls of flour – you will be amazed by your own talents and leave this class confident that you can recreate the signature breads of Italy in your own home.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience.
Ticket includes : Hands on class, dough and bread to take home, a snack of our signature meats and cheese to accompany your bread as emerges from our ovens and of course a glass of vino
What to wear : Closed shoes and comfortable clothes
