Whether you are gluten sensitive or not, chances are that you know at least one person who is. And it is a great idea to learn a couple of things about this diet.
Class will conclude with a gnocchi meal cooked up and served back to the group with amazing sauces and will be enjoyed with a glass of well deserved wine.
This interactive class will be hands on, so be prepared to get your hands dirty!

- As a fully operational cooking school and working kitchen, SMC use nuts, wheat, dairy, sugar and other raw natural ingredients and wholefoods on our premises every day. SMC is aware of potential allergies to these foods and the severity of the reactions some individual may experience.
