Done right, these pillow-soft dumplings melt in your mouth and vanish off the plate.
Whether you are gluten sensitive, or just want to cut back the carbs you will be amazed by just how good hand made Gnocchi can be and will never buy a pre pack again!
Class will conclude with a delicious gnocchi meal cooked up and served back to the group with incredible sauces, lashings of cheese and enjoyed with a glass of well deserved wine.
This interactive class will be hands on, so be prepared to get your hands dirty!
