Over 2 hours at our Bondi Cooking School you will learn how to master this delicious yeast dough with all the ingredients, instruction, recipes, tips & tricks provided to create soft traditional fruit buns and decadent double chocolate buns using Lindsay and Edmunds Certified Organic Chocolate from our friends at Harris Farm!!
Of course lashings of butter is the perfect partner for Hot Cross Buns and you will also whip up a home made butter to go with your sweet and spicy buns which the class will enjoy at the end of class piping hot from our ovens.
You will take away a selection of dough to recreate the buns at home, recipe card, coffee or tea on arrival and a glass of Proseco while you knead, bake, pipe, glaze and whip these little beauties!!
