Across 3 hours, learn how to make the perfect risotto then shape rice into light and delicious arancini, which we’ll fry up and serve for you to enjoy.

You’ll then share in our Nona’s recipe for meatballs (hint, it includes beef mince, herbs and ricotta), mix your own batch and roll them out. We then bake the meatballs before adding it to our classic tomato sugo. And what goes perfectly with meatballs? Pasta!

You’ll learn how to knead perfect pasta and roll it out into strands of silky tagliatelle. The class will conclude with a meal of freshly made pasta and meatballs- Bellissimo!

Includes hands on pasta class, meatball and arancini class, recipe card, main meal , snacks and an aperol spritz cocktail on arrival.

What to bring: Your appetite!!!
What to wear: Closed shoes and comfortable clothes
